Ordering
Peakz Ltd. runs a secure online ordering system 24 hours a day during all 7 days of the week, allowing you to place your order online whenever you crave our delicious crunchy chocolate squares. For orders placed over the weekend or Friday, please allow for dispatch to take place on the following Monday. To make an order, please select your goodies and place them in your shopping bag and proceed to the checkout. We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard/Visa/Visa Debit/American Express. Your privacy is important to us, with all credit card details being encrypted by our payment processor making online orders from our site 100% secure. All your personal details are protected and are not passed or sold on to any 3rd parties.
Once you have completed the checkout process, your order confirmation will be shown online, please print this for your information and record keeping. You will also be emailed your order confirmation immediately upon placing your order. Once your order has been fulfilled from our side and sent out, you will also receive an email confirmation regarding this. To ensure you receive our emails, please confirm your email address has been entered correctly and that your email account is not categorising our email as spam or junk mail. If you have not received this within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at hello@peakz.co.uk. The payment for the order will be debited from your account on the day your order is placed.
Delivery
Here at Peakz, we offer 2 options for delivery.
Standard Mail – Using this option means we will put your items in the post using a standard mail Whistl large letter postage as such there is minimal guarantee and the item(s) can take up to 5 working days to deliver. This option is great for lower value goods and for people not in a rush.
Yodel Delivery Service- Using this option means we will send your items through our Yodel service which guarantees 48-hour delivery once the item has been dispatched. Using this method guarantees the items safety through tracking. This option is good for people with an order that is time sensitive and whose items are more costly. We utilise this method for larger orders for 15 items and above.
We have also tiered our delivery costs based on the value of the order placed. This can be reviewed below. Remember orders over £25 get free delivery!

Delivery Times
Dispatch time varies between 1 working day and 30 working days depending on the product(s) ordered.
Although we will ensure that we adhere to any delivery dates quoted, Peakz will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or a third party arising out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery times vary between 1 – 5 days within the UK. We cannot guarantee specific delivery date due to delays that are outside of our control.
Missed Delivery
In the event of a missed delivery, the yodel courier or mail service will leave a Delivery Attempt card with further information regarding collection or re-delivery. To speed up the process, please immediately call the number on the card, as orders will automatically be sent back to us within the designated number of days on the card provided. After the number of days have passed, your order and items included will be sent back to us and a fee for re-delivery will be charged.
Security
It is our priority to protect your details and to ensure your purchase is 100% secure. We use Squarespace’s encryption technology to ensure that your payment card and personal information cannot be intercepted during the ordering process on Peakz.co.uk.
Cancellations and/or Returns
In the event you wish to cancel an order, you may cancel your order at anytime up until 48-hours from the day after you have placed your order. To cancel your order, please notify us of your return in writing within 48 hours. Please make sure that you inform us of the order number, product description, and reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund. All orders must be sent back in the in the same condition as it was supplied within 10 days from the date you received your order. Please note your full order amount will be refunded to you and processed to your payment card within 30 days. Unfortunately, the return postage cost cannot be refunded back.

Please use tracked delivery when possible in order to minimise the risk of the refunded item(s) not being returned safely and for your own proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Price of Products
All product prices are inclusive of VAT, with a standard rate of 20%. Our VAT number is 242 9584 83. The price of the Products shall be the price found on the Peakz site (which may differ in the event of a mistake). We regularly provide discounts as well, which could alter prices. Payment details must be provided by you on the date that the order is placed and accepted. The delivery of Goods shall be subject to payment of the delivery charges specified on the Peakz site.
